Cost questions

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Texas law gives you a 3-business-day right to cancel a new contract, and the contract must spell out other cancel rights.

What if I miss a class?

Cancel classes at least 2 hours ahead. Late cancels and no-shows are $15.

Is the first session free?

Yes. Meet a coach, try a workout and leave with a plan, with nothing to sign that day.

Do coaches have certifications?

Texas has no state license for trainers, so we check for accredited certifications and a current CPR and AED card.
