What members say

Down 28 pounds in 16 weeks, and I finally deadlift without my back hurting. My coach checks my form every single set.

I was nervous about the barbell. Six months in I squat my bodyweight and the 6 AM class is the best part of my day.
Alicia R. Group classes
The free intro session was zero pressure. They built my plan around an old knee injury and it has not flared up once.

Questions

How much is a gym membership in Houston?

Big-box gyms run about $10 to $60 a month, while coached boutique gyms run about $120 to $250. Ours run from $79 for open gym to $199 for unlimited classes.

I’ve never lifted. Is this for me?

Yes. Every class is scaled, and the intro session starts with how you move. You pick the weight, and the coach helps you.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Texas law gives you a 3-business-day right to cancel a new gym contract, and the contract must spell out other cancel rights, like if the gym closes or moves far away. Terms are in writing.

What if I miss a class?

Cancel classes at least 2 hours ahead. Late cancels and no-shows are $15. Personal training needs 12 hours notice or the session counts as used.

Do your coaches have certifications?

Texas has no state license for trainers, so we check for it ourselves. Every coach holds an accredited certification plus a current CPR and AED card.
