Questions

How much does catering cost in Houston?

Most buffets run about $25 to $65 per guest, chef stations about $50 to $80 and plated dinners about $75 to $120. Price depends on menu, staff and rentals, and you get it in writing.

How far ahead should I book?

For weddings, 6 to 12 months ahead is common, and fall and spring Saturdays go first. Office lunches and small parties can often be booked within a week or two.

Do I pay a deposit?

Yes. Most events take a 50% deposit to hold the date, and the balance is due before the event. Your final guest count locks a set number of days ahead.

Can you handle allergies and special diets?

Yes. Tell us at the tasting and we plan gluten-free, vegetarian and allergy dishes with their own utensils and labels.

Is your kitchen permitted?

Yes. Food is made in a permitted kitchen that follows the City of Houston Health Department rules. We keep a Certified Food Manager on staff, and every food worker holds a food handler card.
