Magnolia & Mesquite Kitchen is a demo business. It shows how a Houston restaurant can run an honest website. The menu, prices and promises on this page are examples, not a real restaurant.

Here is how the demo restaurant works. If we keep your reservation waiting longer than 15 minutes, your first round of appetizers is on us. We take allergies seriously, so the chef preps your plate separately. For the private room, your menu, minimum and fees are in writing before you pay a deposit.

The demo kitchen is in the Heights and welcomes guests from Montrose, Washington Avenue, Timbergrove and Downtown Houston.
