Who we are

Bayou City Auto Care ("we"). This website is operated by Unplanned & Co., which builds and runs this demo website. Questions: text or call (713) 555-0140.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, mobile number, email, address (when we come to you), what you need, the day and time you pick, how you want us to reach you, and whether you agreed to receive texts. We don't use advertising cookies or sell any data.

How we use it

• To answer your request, book and confirm your appointment, send reminders and tell you if the time changes.
• To prepare your quote and keep a record of your job.
• To contact you only the way you picked (text, call or email).

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you check the text box on our form. Texts are about your own request: confirmations, reminders, schedule changes and replies to your questions. No marketing. Message frequency varies, usually 1–4 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time and HELP for help. Details: SMS terms.

We do not share, sell, rent or transfer your mobile number, SMS opt-in or consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Who helps us run this

We use service providers only to run the site and send your messages: Google (form storage, calendar and email), our text-message carrier (Twilio), and GitHub (website hosting). They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for your request and any job we do, plus records the law requires. Ask us to delete your information at any time: text or call (713) 555-0140.

Your choices

• Stop texts: reply STOP.
• See, correct or delete your information: contact us.
• Our forms are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
