Program

Riverstone Aesthetics & Wellness customer care texts. If you check "Text me" on our booking, quote or question form, we send texts about your own request: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, your booking and replies to your questions. No marketing or promotional texts. Checking the box is optional and is not required to book or buy anything.

How often

Message frequency varies with your request, usually 1–4 messages per request (for example a confirmation, a reminder the evening before, and a note if the time changes).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. We don't charge for texts.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you'll get one final message confirming it and no more texts after that. Reply HELP for help, or text or call (281) 555-0100. To start again, check the text box on a new request or reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We don't share or sell your mobile number or text consent with anyone for marketing. See our privacy policy.
