Cost questions

Should I tip my massage therapist?

Most people tip 15 to 20 percent. It is not included in the price.

What is your cancel policy?

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead for no charge. Later cancels are charged 50% and no-shows the full service.

Is massage covered by insurance?

Usually not at a day spa. A doctor-ordered therapy visit is billed differently, so ask your insurer.

What should I wear?

Undress only as far as you are comfortable. You are draped with a sheet the whole time.
