Questions

How much does lawn care cost in Houston?

Weekly mowing for a typical lot runs about $45 to $75 per visit. Bigger yards and tricky edges cost more. You get the price in writing before the first mow.

How much does new sod cost?

St. Augustine sod installed usually runs $1.50 to $2.50 per square foot, including grading. A pallet covers about 450 square feet.

When should I water new sod?

Water it a few times a day for the first two weeks, then taper off. We give you a simple schedule on install day.

Do you do sprinkler repair?

Yes. A Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) licensed irrigator handles repairs and installs. Every system needs a rain or freeze sensor and a backflow preventer.

Do you spray weed killer?

Yes. Our applicators hold a Texas Department of Agriculture license (demo license). We keep a record of every product we put down.
