AC tune-up in The Heights

The Heights is a mix of 1920s bungalows and new townhomes. That mix makes AC care different house to house. Older homes in Houston Heights, Woodland Heights and Norhill often have small attics, retrofitted ducts and units squeezed into tight spaces.

A bungalow with ducts added decades after the house was built often has weak airflow in back rooms. During a tune-up, we measure airflow, check for leaks in duct joints and look at insulation in the attic. These small fixes can make a room cool that never did before.

Newer townhomes near Studewood and Yale Street have high-efficiency systems that depend on clean coils and clear drains. A tune-up keeps warranties valid and catches clogged drains before they stain a ceiling.

Parking and alley access can be tight in the Heights, so we ask about gate codes and parking when you book. Comfort Club members get spring and fall visits and no diagnostic fee. Many Heights owners book the spring visit in March, when schedules are open and any weak part can be swapped before the first hot week arrives in May.

What we do in The Heights

My Heights bungalow has weak airflow in back rooms. Can a tune-up help?

Often yes. We measure airflow and check duct joints and attic insulation. If the ducts are undersized we explain options and costs.
