Here is how the demo business works. You send a list, you get a price before work starts, and one handyman handles the visit. Your handyman texts when he is on the way. If the window is missed, the demo promise is $25 off. Extra jobs are priced and approved first, and repairs carry a 90-day written warranty.

The demo service area covers Houston, The Heights, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Timbergrove, Shepherd Park, Montrose and Spring Branch. Jobs that need a licensed plumber, electrician or A/C tech are referred to licensed partners.
