Do you need my water and power?
No. We bring our own water and power. We just need a flat spot where the car can sit for a few hours.
How do you get rid of lovebug damage?
Lovebugs are acidic and can etch the clear coat if they sit in the Houston sun. Fresh splatter washes off, and older etching needs a polishing step.
How long does a ceramic coating last?
Ours is a 5-year coating. It needs a gentle hand wash and a yearly inspection, about $199, to keep the warranty good.

How long does it last?
The spray sealant looks good for 6 to 8 weeks. A coating lasts longer.
Can you do two cars at once?
Yes. Ask when you book, since a second vehicle changes the time.
Interior detail
Can you remove old stains?
Many come out, but not all. We tell you what to expect before we start.
How long does an interior detail take?
Usually 2 to 4 hours. Heavy pet hair or stains add time.
Is the interior safe to use right after?
Seats and carpet are damp, so they need some dry time. Leave windows open.
Do you handle flood-damaged cars?
We clean them, but flood damage can hide in wiring and padding. Ask us what we can and cannot fix.
Paint correction
Will paint correction remove all scratches?
It removes swirls and light scratches. Scratches that catch a fingernail may be too deep to polish out.
How long does it take?
A 1-step polish takes about a day. A 2-step correction can take one to two days.
Does polishing remove paint?
It removes a very thin layer of clear coat. We measure thickness first to stay safe.
Do I need a coating after?
Not required, but a coating helps new paint stay glossy.

A machine fills the cabin with ozone to break down odor, then the car is aired out. It is not safe to sit in during treatment.
