Do you charge sales tax?

Do I need to be home?

Do you bring your own supplies?

Deep cleaning
How long does a deep clean take?
Most homes take four to eight hours with two cleaners, depending on size and condition.
What is the difference between a standard and deep clean?
A standard clean covers surfaces and floors. A deep clean adds baseboards, grout, vents, doors and buildup.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Yes, as add-ons. Tell us when you book so we plan the time.
Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We clean around it and move light pieces when we can.
Move-in and move-out cleaning
Will I get my deposit back?
We follow a checklist that matches what most landlords look for. We cannot guarantee a deposit decision, but photos help.
Does the home need to be empty?
Mostly. The cleaner the home is of items, the better we can clean.
Do you clean carpets?
We vacuum carpets. Steam cleaning is a separate service we can refer.
Can you clean the same day I hand over keys?
Often yes. Ask early because end-of-month slots fill fast.
Airbnb turnovers
Can you clean on the same day as check-out?
Yes, if the window is long enough. We schedule based on your calendar.
Do you handle lockboxes and keys?
Yes. We log every key and code.
Will you tell me about damage?
Yes. We send photos and a note the same day.
Can you wash the linens?
We can wash on site or off site, depending on the unit.
Kitchens and bathrooms
Do you use harsh chemicals?
We use standard cleaning products and keep safety data sheets for each one. Tell us if you prefer fragrance-free.
Can you clean grout?
Yes. Light grout is part of the clean, and heavy staining is an add-on.
Is this cheaper than a full clean?
Usually yes, since the time is shorter.
Do you clean the inside of cabinets?
Only as an add-on.
Add-ons
Can I add items on the day of the clean?
Sometimes. It depends on the team schedule. Add them online to be safe.
Do I need to empty the fridge first?
It helps. If not, we can do it for a small time charge.
Are add-ons taxed?
Cleaning services are taxable in Texas, and the quote says whether tax is included.
Can I add laundry?
Yes. Laundry is priced per load.
Cost
Why does the price vary so much?
Home size, dirt level and what is included change the hours. A quote in writing removes the guesswork.
Do cleaners charge by the hour or by the job?
Both exist. Some charge per hour per cleaner. We quote a total in writing.
Is sales tax included?
Residential cleaning is taxable in Texas. Our quotes say if tax is included.
Should I tip?
It is not required. Many customers tip for deep cleans.
