How much does house cleaning cost in Houston?
A standard clean of a 3 bed, 2 bath home often runs $140 to $240. Deep cleans and move-out cleans cost more. Our rate is about $50 per cleaner-hour, and you see the total first.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Residential cleaning is a taxable service in Texas, so 8.25 percent in Houston is added. It is shown on your quote.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers give us a door code or a hidden key. Keys are logged and stored safely, and we are bonded.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring everything, including a vacuum. Tell us if you want fragrance-free or pet-safe products.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked and trained, and we carry a janitorial bond and insurance (demo license).
